Create New Job
When creating a job, the Contractor enters the customer’s information (or selects them if they are a repeat customer), gives the job a title and then writes a brief description of the job. A notification is then sent to the customer to pick the best time for the technician to come do the job.
The Homeowner receives a message (via text and/or email) that a job has been created and for them to choose 3 times that are convenient for the technician to come out. They click the link and are sent to the online app which allows them to choose the best times available.
Start The Appointment
When the technician arrives on site, they select “Start Appointment” and begin working on the job. They can take photos and write notes directly in the app, and they can give the job a label so the office can know its status (Bill, Contact, Follow-up, Hold or Urgent).
Sometimes a job needs equipment that the technician does not have on hand. In these cases they can simply pause the job, and indicate the reason for putting it on hold. They can also schedule the return visit at that time.
Finish & Invoice
The technician will finish the job and mark it “complete” in the app.
The technician can create an invoice right in the app, and send it to the Homeowner.
Collect Payment & Reviews
When the job is completed, the technician can take payment and offer financing using their tablet or phone.
Once payment is received and the job is complete, the Homeowner is given the opportunity to rate the technician’s service.
